Job Summary

As a Tele Calling Executive at Alshifa Cupping Clinic, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to existing leads, follow-up inquiries, and new prospects to schedule appointments. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, representing the clinic’s values of care, professionalism, and trust. Your role is crucial in ensuring a steady flow of appointments and enhancing client satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing clients to book appointments for cupping therapy and other services.
• Follow up on inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, website, or walk-ins to convert them into confirmed appointments.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, appointments, and client preferences in the CRM/database.
• Provide clear information about services, therapist availability, pricing, and clinic timings.
• Handle rescheduling and cancellations professionally and courteously.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for appointment bookings.
• Collaborate with the front desk and therapists to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Report feedback, common queries, and client concerns to the management for service improvement.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in tele-calling, telesales, or appointment setting (healthcare/wellness industry preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle objections, manage difficult conversations, and close conversations effectively.
• Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Professional telephone etiquette and a pleasant voice.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Working Hours
• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Occasional flexibility during peak periods or promotions.
