Key Responsibilities

​Outbound Calling: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and leads generated through various Social media platforms.

​Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing structures to effectively communicate value propositions.

​Pitch and Persuasion: Deliver compelling, professional, and clear sales presentations over the phone, handling objections confidently to close sales.

​Target Achievement: Meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team management quotas.

​CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information and follow-up schedules in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

​Lead Nurturing: Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner to move them through the sales pipeline.

​
