📞 Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic team. The role involves connecting with potential customers across industries, explaining services, generating leads, and setting up business meetings for the sales team.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from various industries.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the business development team.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects via calls and emails.
• Update CRM/database with call outcomes and customer responses.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets related to calls and leads.
• ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (Regional language is a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Energetic, confident, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and meet call targets.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.

⏱ Working Hours

Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

(2nd and 4th Saturdays off – Optional/Flexible as per your policy)
