Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students/parents, explaining our courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from provided leads
• Explain courses, features, and benefits clearly
• Follow up with interested candidates and nurture leads
• Convert leads into admissions/enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic queries
• Coordinate with the counseling/sales team for closures
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
