Job Description
We are looking for Tele Support Executives for Airtel.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls and resolving issues related to WiFi and Broadband services.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers and address their WiFi/Broadband complaints
Resolve issues through telephonic support
Close open service tickets that can be handled over the phone
Provide clear and professional communication to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male candidates only
Qualification: Any Degree
Good communication skills
Strong interest in handling customers and resolving queries
Language Requirement:
English Mandatory
Additional languages preferred: Hindi / Tamil /Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada
