Telecalling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential customers, explain product features, qualify leads, and schedule demos for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to understand software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce and explain our SaaS product.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear information about product features and pricing.
• Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and readiness to buy.
• Schedule product demos for the sales or customer success team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email as needed.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer pain points.
• Build positive relationships with prospects and ensure a great customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferably in SaaS or IT).
• Excellent communication skills (English + regional languages preferred).
• Ability to understand and explain software products clearly.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.).
• Strong persuasion, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
