Job Overview

Inspecting, analyzing and trouble shooting products. Reading repair manuals and lialising other professionals.

Responsibilities and Duties

lInstall and test products to make sure they work correctly.

lFollow installation and operation manuals.

lResponds to service request and repair products.

lUses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.

lTeaches customer how to use their products.

lEscalate issues to manager promptly.

lKnows how to use the necessary tools and equipment.

lWrites service report after every appointment.

lcollaborates with managers and other service technicians.

lFollow all company policies and procedures.

lAdhere to safety regulations and industry standards.

10th or HSC

Experience

Technical Knowledge

Personal characteristics

Effective Communication(Hindi & Regional languages ), and to be able to follow safety procedures at all times, working carefully and with great attention to detail.

Licence & Bike      

2 wheeler(Must have)

Flexible approach to work, and be prepared to work extra hours as and when required.
