Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to support our administrative and sales activities. The role includes calling schools, explaining our education products, generating leads, and coordinating with internal teams.

Products to Promote

• School ERP Software (Attendance, Fees, Homework, Exams, Transport Tracking, etc.)
• Computer Textbooks
• CBT (Computer-Based Tests)
• IFPD (Interactive Flat Panel Display)

Target Clients

• All Private Schools

(Matriculation, CBSE, ICSE, and State Board Schools)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and attend inbound calls to private schools
• Explain ERP software, Computer Textbooks, CBT, and IFPD solutions
• Understand school requirements and answer queries
• Share product details via phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Schedule demos or meetings with the sales or technical team
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain call records, leads, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM
• Support administrative tasks and coordinate with the BDE team

Skills Required

• Good communication skill in English and telecalling skills.
• Ability to convince and generate leads
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Target-driven and well organized - smart personality.

Knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is an added advantage.
