We’re looking for a Presales Telecalling Executive who loves talking to people, solving problems, and ensuring our customers have a smooth and happy solar experience.

Telecalling Executive – Presales

1. Make outbound calls to potential leads interested in home solar solutions.
2. Explain SolarRun’s products and benefits clearly to generate interest.
3. Qualify leads based on property details, power usage, and location.
4. Schedule and confirm site visits for the field sales team.
5. Follow up with prospects until the site visit is completed.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in Zoho CRM.
7. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
8. Communicate effectively in Tamil and English (Hindi is an advantage).
9. Achieve daily and weekly targets with a positive, customer-first attitude.
