Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling Executive for our Real Estate process. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, generating site visit appointments, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Call leads provided by the company and explain property projects

Generate and qualify leads for site visits

Schedule appointments for sales managers

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain call records and update CRM system

Handle customer queries related to pricing, location, and amenities

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Coordinate with sales team for closure support

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:

12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM

Target-oriented mindset

Freshers can apply

💼 Preferred Experience:

Experience in real estate, loan, insurance, or telecalling process

Knowledge of property sales cycle
