Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to customers.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up calls/meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
• Build rapport with clients and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
