Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries politely and professionally.
• Explain product/service details clearly to customers.
• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team (if applicable).
• Follow up with customers for feedback and future requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in tele calling/customer service.
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
