Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.

• Explain property details such as location, price, offers, and amenities.

• Identify interested and genuine buyers.

• Schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.

• Update daily call reports and lead status.

• Coordinate with sales officers for closure updates.


Requirements:


• Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate preferred.

• Ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
