Position: Telecalling Executive
Location: Chennai - Teynampet ( JVL Plaza )
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs.14000 - Rs.18000 ( plus incentives based on performance )
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our team in Chennai. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, generating leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate/12th Pass (depending on company requirements).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
- Good telephone etiquette and persuasive speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
