Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our outbound sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote and convert leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Property Loans. You will be responsible for explaining loan products, understanding customer requirements, and driving conversions in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads
  • Explain features and benefits of personal, vehicle, and property loan products
  • Understand customer needs and assess eligibility
  • Follow up on interested leads and drive conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic loan-related queries
  • Coordinate with back-office/operations teams for smooth onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in [languages relevant to your region – e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil, etc.]
  • Basic understanding of loan products and financial services (training will be provided)
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2; graduation preferred
  • Prior tele sales or BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory
