Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, and generating leads. Your role will involve maintaining good customer relationships, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
• Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally and provide relevant information to customers.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
• Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM or Excel.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in reaching monthly/quarterly targets.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
