Job Description
Handle outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the system
Coordinate with branch teams, therapists, and dieticians for appointment management
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department when required
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, call quality standards, and data confidentiality
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
Support lead generation and follow-up activities as assigned
