• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Explain services and offers to customers clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to close deals or resolve queries
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
• Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Basic understanding of customer handling
