Telecalling Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and persistent Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, answer inquiries, and qualify leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.

• Key Responsibilities'
• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers using a prepared script to pitch the right programs.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities; schedule appointments for the sales team where necessary.
• Database Management: Keep a detailed record of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to answer customer questions accurately.
• Relationship Building: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
