Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities·      

 Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases

·        Promote membershipplans, benefits, and vacation offers

·        Explain product features clearly and handle customer queries confidently

·        Generate and qualify leads for the sales team / fix site visit or presentation appointments

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

·        Follow up on interested leads to improve conversion ratio

Required Skills & Qualifications·       

1–3 yearsof experience in Timeshare Telemarketing / Tele-sales

·        Excellent communication skills (English + regional language preferred)

·        Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills

·        Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
