Job Description
Roles and responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize customer engagement strategies.
• Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support decision-making and business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM technology and customer relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Interaction:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Issue Resolution.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Promote and upsell products and services during customer interactions when applicable.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
• Investment Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement stock market investment strategies that align with the fund’s objectives and risk tolerance.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify investment opportunities and threats.
• Portfolio Management.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of equity investments, ensuring optimal asset allocation and diversification.
• Conduct detailed fundamental and technical analysis of stocks to inform investment decisions.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with stock market investments.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the fund’s assets.
• Client Relations.
• Communicate investment strategies, portfolio performance, and market outlook to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and updates on fund performance.
