Job Description: Telecaller (Real Estate Sales & Marketing)

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and following up with potential clients to promote our residential and commercial properties. This role is crucial for driving sales, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting our marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Primary Duties:·

Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases, marketing lists, and referrals to identify prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.


Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings, consultations, and follow-up meetings for the sales team.·


Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads and existing clients through calls, SMS, and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.


Information Dissemination: Clearly explain property features, pricing, locations, and unique selling points (USPs) to prospects.

Database Management: Accurately update and manage customer information, call logs, and lead status in the CRM system.


Market Feedback: Collect and report client feedback, objections, and market trends to the sales and marketing managers.


Sales & Marketing Support:


Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns for new project launches, promotions, and special offers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align calling scripts with ongoing advertising and digital campaigns.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.


Customer Service:


Address basic customer inquiries regarding properties, payment plans, and developer credentials.

Provide excellent service to enhance brand reputation and encourage referrals.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Education: High school, Diploma or equivalent.

 

Experience: Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a customer-facing role is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terms and the property market is advantageous.

 


Essential Skills:


Exceptional Communication: Fluent in Tamil. Clear, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.

Persuasion & Persistence: Ability to handle rejections, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude.

Listening Skills: Aptitude for understanding client needs and offering relevant solutions.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage call lists, follow-up schedules, and data efficiently.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, and telephony systems.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Number of outbound calls made per day (e.g., 100-120 calls).

Conversion rate: Leads to qualified appointments.

Achievement of monthly lead and appointment targets.

Quality of data entry and CRM updates.

Positive client feedback and minimal complaints.
