Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telecalling Executive to join our B2B Sales team. This role is crucial for our lead generation and sales funnel management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments with potential business clients. This position offers a significant opportunity to grow within a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities for Lead-to-Sale Conversion The primary responsibility is managing the sales pipeline efficiently, moving a lead from initial contact to a closed deal.
1. Lead Nurturing and Engagement Understanding Needs: Deeply analyze the prospect's business challenges, goals, and specific needs through consultative questioning.
- Customized Pitch: Tailor the product/service presentation to directly address the prospect's identified pain points, showcasing the value proposition clearly.
- Information Sharing: Provide relevant case studies, white papers, and product demonstrations that align with the prospect's stage in the buying journey.
- Consistent Follow-up: Implement a systematic follow-up plan (via email, phone, and professional networking) to keep the company top-of-mind without being intrusive.
2. Proposal and Negotiation Solution Design: Collaborate with technical or product teams to design a tailored solution and generate an accurate quotation or proposal.
- Value Justification: Clearly articulate the Return on Investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) to justify the pricing against competitor or alternative solutions.
- Handling Objections: Professionally address and overcome prospect concerns related to pricing, features, implementation, or contract terms.
