Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-calling Executive to handle customer calls, promote Utilities Integrated home services, and coordinate lead selling to registered vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Call incoming and existing leads to explain UI services
• Convert enquiries into service bookings
• Coordinate and assign qualified leads to vendors
• Maintain call records and follow-up status
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently
• Basic computer / CRM knowledge preferred
• Experience in tele-calling or service sales is an advantage
