Telecalling Executive

A Real Estate Tele Sales Executive generates leads and drives sales by making outbound/inbound calls, explaining property project details, and scheduling site visits. Key duties include managing customer databases in CRM, following up on leads, and meeting monthly sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to identify potential buyers for residential/commercial projects.
• Customer Engagement: Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages to prospective clients.
• Site Visit Coordination: Fix appointments and coordinate site visits between potential clients and the field sales team.
• Database Management: Maintain and update daily call records, client interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly call volume and lead conversion targets.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospective clients to build a healthy pipeline. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with persuasive negotiation skills.
