Job Description
We are seeking a highly energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team and work collaboratively with the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate should be proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of driving business growth through direct customer engagement and strategic coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on building strong relationships and identifying business opportunities.
Clearly explain products and services to prospects, with the goal of generating qualified leads and converting interest into action.
Consistently follow up with clients to maintain engagement
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handoff, coordinated efforts, and alignment of goals.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets as outlined in the company’s business development plan.
Prepare accurate and timely daily reports on outreach activities, customer interactions, and lead status updates.
Support the Marketing and Sales teams with administrative or strategic tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Senior Management.
Contribute ideas for process improvements, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
