Telecalling & Order Processing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Telecalling & Order Processing Executive to handle incoming enquiries, record customer orders, send quotations, and follow up to close sales. This is a full-time, in-house role.

• Key Responsibilities:Attend incoming calls on company mobile number
• Understand customer requirements clearly
• Note down enquiries and confirmed orders accurately
• Send quotations via WhatsApp / Email
• Follow up with customers to close pending enquiries
• Forward confirmed orders to billing department
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth processing
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations & order status
• Requirements:Good communication skills (Tamil & Hindi preferred, basic English required)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web)
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Organized and responsible
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• 1–2 years experience in telecalling / sales coordination
