Telecalling Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the telemarketing team on a daily basis.
• Assign leads and ensure proper follow-up by team members.
• Monitor daily calls, site visit generation, and conversions.
• Track team performance and share daily/weekly reports with management.
• Motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
• Train new telecallers on scripts, CRM usage, and client handling.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper lead updates in CRM.
• Maintain call quality standards and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling and follow-ups.
• Handle escalations and support telecallers in closing leads.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate telemarketing is preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

Any graduate.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing.
• At least 1 year of team handling experience preferred.
