Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries
• Explain project details, pricing, location, and offers clearly
• Schedule site visits
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
• Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & local language (Tamil preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)
• Customer-focused and persuasive attitude
• Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage

Salary: Best in industry + Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00AM - 6:00PM

Working days: Monday - Saturday
