About the OrganizationWe are a vertically integrated hospitality group specializing in premium dining, events, and outdoor catering services. With a strong operational backbone and expanding market presence, we are seeking a results-driven Telemarketing Executive to support revenue growth through structured lead engagement and appointment generation.


Role SummaryThe Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for engaging assigned leads, qualifying catering requirements, and securing confirmed appointments with the Restaurant Manager for outdoor catering discussions. This role is directly aligned with revenue generation and requires a disciplined, target-oriented professional.


  • Key Responsibilities Conduct a minimum of 100 inbound or outbound calls per day to leads provided by the company
  • Professionally present the company’s outdoor catering services to prospective clients
  • Identify, qualify, and assess catering requirements
  • Secure confirmed appointments with the Restaurant Manager
  • Ensure systematic follow-ups to support conversion and revenue realization
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead status
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to facilitate closures
  • Performance MetricsDaily outbound call target: 100 calls (mandatory)
  • Consistent appointment generation and pipeline development
  • Monthly revenue contribution target: ₹3.5 Lakhs – ₹10 Lakhs
  • Adherence to reporting and CRM tracking standards
  • Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or hospitality sales
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals
  • Professional telephone etiquette and objection-handling capability
  • Proficiency in basic CRM or lead management systems preferred
  • Self-motivated with a structured and disciplined work approach
