We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to explain health insurance products clearly to customers over the phone. Prior experience in telesales is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance products.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in CRM software.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and quality standards set by the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: 12th / Any Graduate.
• Experience: 0 - 8 years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and basic English
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections confidently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with calling/CRM tools.
• Prior experience in health insurance or telesales is an added advantage.
