ROLE; TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE

SALARY RANGE; 40,000-60,000 PER MONTH

JOB DESCRIPTION; Growthway is seeking an fresher experienced and driven SALES MANAGER to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database.
• Clearly explain our products/services and their benefits.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly no target and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on generated leads to convert them into sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in tele-sales or telemarketing is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: A competitive package ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per year, often with a significant component based on performance incentives and bonuses for meeting targets.
• Other benefits as per company policy.
