A Real Estate Tele Sales Head leads a team to generate property leads, convert prospects into sales via phone, manage CRM, set targets, coach agents, coordinate site visits with field sales, analyze performance, and stay updated on market trends, requiring strong leadership, sales strategy, and communication skills to drive revenue growth in a competitive environment.

Job Summary

Leads, motivates, and manages a team of tele-sales executives to achieve aggressive sales targets for real estate projects, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship building through effective outbound and inbound telemarketing strategies. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing tele-sales team, setting individual and team goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective tele-sales strategies, scripts, and processes to maximize lead conversion and sales.
  • Performance Management: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, appointments, conversions), analyze MIS reports, and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Lead Management: Oversee lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and ensure smooth handover to the field sales team for site visits.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure excellent client engagement, handle complex queries, and build long-term relationships.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project details to effectively position properties.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain data integrity in the CRM, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in tele-sales management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Attributes: Target-driven, resilient, analytical, and highly motivated.
