We are looking for a high-energy Telesales Representative to help us grow our customer base. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to new prospects and existing customers to promote our offerings.
• Pitching: Deliver scripted (and unscripted) sales pitches that highlight the value of our brand.
• Closing: Lead customers through the sales process and finalize purchases.
• Data Management: Accurately record customer details and call outcomes in our CRM system.
• Follow-ups: Keep a pipeline of "warm" leads and follow up with them at scheduled times.

Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and an engaging phone presence.
• Persistence: Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated throughout the day.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and basic computer tools.
• Negotiation: The ability to address customer concerns and pivot to a sale.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but a great attitude is more important.
