Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Freshers to join our Telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Explain company products and services clearly

Generate sales through telephonic conversations

Handle customer queries professionally

Maintain call records and update CRM systems

Achieve daily / weekly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers can apply

Tamil language proficiency is mandatory

Basic communication skills in English (preferred)

Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree

Willingness to work in telesales process
