About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The role

involves selling Business Loan products to potential customers over the phone. The candidate

should have prior experience in Personal Loan telesales and must be capable of completing

the entire sales process on call.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch Business Loan products.

● Handle inbound queries related to loan offerings.

● Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly.

● Convert assigned leads into potential customers by effectively pitching the loan

offer, completing the entire sales process over the call, including document

collection, and ensuring successful loan closure.

● Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/lead management system.

● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 years of telesales experience in Loans / Financial Products.

● Strong preference for candidates with Personal Loan sales experience, with proven

ability to close sales fully over the phone.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & [local language if required,

e.g., Tamil]).

● Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.

● Good understanding of financial products, especially loans.

● Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
