Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Update CRM with customer details and interactions
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures when required

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good listening skills and positive attitude
• Preferred Qualifications:Any Graduate / Diploma
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage
• Real estate / insurance / banking experience is a plus
