Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary : We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, and converting leads into sales. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who possess strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products or services and their benefits to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure closure of sales.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of orders.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems is an added advantage).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: No minimum qualification required.

Experience: Fresher or 0–3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing/customer support.

Gender: Open to all.

Location Preference: Candidates residing near Egmore or Panaiyur will be preferred.
