1. Client Interaction & Communication

• Understand client needs and provide clear, accurate information about our packages, pricing, and availability.
• Offer personalized recommendations and guide clients toward the most suitable photography solutions.
• Build rapport with callers to foster trust, increase engagement, and maximize conversion rates.

2. Lead Management & Conversion

• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain an organized record of all interactions using the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed sales and conversion targets from inbound inquiries.
• Identify client preferences and document requirements to ensure effective follow-through.

3. Coordination & Customer Support

• Coordinate with the operations and photography teams to ensure smooth bookings and high customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients with booking confirmations, rescheduling, or clarifying service-related queries.
• Ensure timely communication and maintain a positive client experience throughout the sales journey.

4. Process & Performance Excellence

• Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and inquiry details in the CRM platform.
• Adhere to internal sales processes, quality standards, and company communication guidelines.
• Continuously improve sales performance through feedback, learning, and updated knowledge of services.

5. Professional Conduct & Growth

• Uphold professional communication standards and demonstrate a customer-first attitude.
• Stay informed about new photography packages, service updates, pricing changes, or promotional offers.
• Participate in training programs to strengthen sales techniques and product knowledge.
