Telesales Executive:

Job Description:

·      Directly responsible for the revenue through telesales

·      Calling out customer and making a sales pitch

·      Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales target

·      Maintaining various reports related to Sales

·      Calling up members and explaining the benefits of product and services

·      Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirements.

·      Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company reputation

·      Handling both inbound and outbound calls for telesales

·      Using the CRM/ Cloud telephone for the calling process
