About the Role:Ecube Interior is seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, follow up leads, and convert prospects into site visits and confirmed interior projects.
- Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with inbound interior enquiries
- Explain Ecube Interior services, offers & project process
- Schedule showroom visits and designer meetings
- Maintain daily call and lead conversion reports
- Coordinate with sales and design teams
- Build strong customer relationships
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Any graduation or equivalent
- 0–3 years experience in telecalling/sales preferred
- Fluent in Tamil & English
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and confident personality
