JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle B2B service-based sales. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle B2B telesales for service-based offerings
• Generate leads through outbound calls (minimum 150 calls per day) 
• Explain design concepts and services clearly to clients 
• Coordinate with designers regarding client requirements and corrections 
• Follow up on payments with clients 
• Manage post-sales support and client coordination
• Coordinate with sales and design teams
• Build strong customer relationships

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• :Any graduation or equivalent
• 0–3 years experience in telecalling/sales preferred
• Fluent in Tamil & English
• Good communication and persuasion skills
