Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell Loans and Credit Card products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan and credit card products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation clearly
• Generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and close sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing and disbursement
