Role: Tele Sales Executive/Senior Executive

Purpose of the role:

Contribute to the company's growth and profitability by achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Call existing and potential customers to promote products and services  
• Record customer purchase orders accurately and process all purchases  
• Generate promising leads for the outside sales team  
• Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business  
• Use company-provided sales scripts to handle customer objections and drive sales  
• Develop product knowledge to recommend suitable products based on customer needs  
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets 

Must have:

• Graduate or equivalent degree  
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in telesales (English voice process) with experience in outbound and inbound calling  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Age not more than 33 years
