Telesales Executive

Experience: 1–3 years (Experience in luxury retail, real estate, or high-end interiors preferred)

​About the Role: As a Telesales Executive for Teak Heirloom, you will be the first point of contact for connoisseurs of fine living. You won't just be "selling furniture"; you will be inviting clients to experience a 25-year legacy of bespoke craftsmanship and timeless design. Your goal is to understand client needs and transition them into personalized consultations with our design experts.

​Key Responsibilities: * Curated Outreach: Engage with high-net-worth individuals and premium leads to introduce Teak Heirloom’s interior design and bespoke furniture services.

​Relationship Building: Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the "Quiet Luxury" tone of the company in every interaction.

​Consultation Booking: Successfully schedule showroom visits or design consultations for the senior design team.

​Lead Management: Maintain a clean and updated database of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups without being intrusive.

​Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of teakwood characteristics, bespoke processes, and our design portfolio to answer initial queries confidently.

​Requirements: * Excellent command of English and Tamil.

​A sophisticated tele-presence with the ability to converse with premium clientele.

​Previous experience in high-ticket sales (Interiors, Luxury Automobiles, or Real Estate) is a major plus.

​Persistence and a results-oriented mindset.
