About Us:

We are a leading overseas education consulting firm helping students fulfill their dream of studying MBBS abroad. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented female telesales executives who can communicate effectively in TAMIL and have prior experience in telesales or telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote MBBS abroad programs.
• Explain course details, admission process, and benefits of studying abroad.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain call records and daily follow-up reports.
• Work closely with the counselling team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English/Hindi communication.
• Minimum 1 year – 2 years of telesales/telecalling experience (preferably in education, insurance, loan, realestate or any service-based industry).
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Salary: Attractive salary + Incentives (based on performance)
