We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executives to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers, introducing and explaining our range of courses and services.

Inbound Call Handling: Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries professionally.

Counseling: Provide detailed information over the phone regarding the admission process, course offerings, and fee structures.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up records, and conversion details in CRM/Excel for tracking purposes.

Lead Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to maximize enrollment and conversion rates.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and clients.

Feedback Loop: Share insights from customer interactions with the management team to enhance services and offerings.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service roles preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English and Tamil (knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage).

Persuasion and Convincing: Strong ability to persuade, influence, and convert leads.

Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.

Educational Qualification: Any degree

Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
