Job Description
Telesales Executive
Qualify and follow up on leads generated through Meta and IndiaMART platforms.
Connect with potential customers via calls to understand requirements and pitch products/services.
Handle customer queries, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert interested leads into customers.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Update lead status and sales activities in the system/CRM.
✅ Requirement: Good communication skills, sales-oriented mindset, and experience in telesales or lead conversion preferred.
Multiple language is a pre qualification English and Hindi speaking is a must have qualification
