Role Overview

We are looking for smart, confident Tele-Calling / Lead Generation Experts who can convert interest into demos and deals.

You will work closely with Field Sales Executives and play a key role in conversions.

👉 This is NOT a call-center job.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Lead Follow-Up & ConversionCall and WhatsApp all leads generated by Field Sales Executives

• Explain SaaSGOLD briefly and clearly
• Handle customer doubts and objections
• Push leads towards demo (Online / In-person)
• Ensure demo attendance and post-demo follow-up
• Coordinate with field sales team for closures
• 📌 New Lead GenerationGenerate new leads through:
• Calling
• WhatsApp outreach
• Online enquiries
• Qualify decision makers (Owner / Partner)
• 📌 Demo & UpsellingConduct online demos (Zoom / Google Meet / WhatsApp)
• Upsell:
• Higher plans
• Additional features
• Add-on services

📌 CRM & ReportingUpdate lead status daily

• Maintain follow-up schedules
• Share daily demo & conversion reports

Skills & Requirements

✅ Must HaveExcellent Tamil communication (English is a plus)

• Experience in tele-calling / sales / follow-ups
• Confidence to speak with business owners
• Strong persuasion & follow-up skills
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls & online demos
• ⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience in SaaS / B2B / Fintech / Software sales
• Jewellery / Chit / Finance background
• CRM or Excel knowledge
