Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, Calls to clients, explaining product details, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets. 

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 

Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 

Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. 

Assist in the development of the sales team through training and mentoring.  

Understand their individual requirements

To build and manage effective external client relationships

Track and monitor client performance

Maintenance sales goals on a consistent basis

Explain products/services to customers clearly and professionally.

Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into sales.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer data and update daily reports.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of sales techniques.

Confidence and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/WhatsApp/Calls).

Qualifications:

Diploma / Any Degree Completion Candidate only

Experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹55,000 per month.
