Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students and explain course details.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from candidates professionally.
• Provide clear information about training programs, schedules, and fees.
• Follow up with interested candidates and leads regularly.
• Maintain and update lead details in the database.
• Schedule counseling sessions or walk-in interviews for interested candidates.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.

Required Skills
